Terms and Conditions of Service – Lamari

  1. General Information

This website and online store are operated by Lamari Shop Inh Piccinno. By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. Products

Lamari specializes in sculptural wooden tables crafted using natural materials and artisanal techniques. Due to the nature of these materials and handcrafted processes, each piece may show variations in color, grain, or finish.

  • Product images are for reference only.
  • Dimensions and colors are described as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.
  1. Orders and Confirmation

Once you place an order:

  • You will receive an automatic email confirmation.
  • The order is considered accepted once full payment is received.
  • Lamari Shop Inh Piccinno reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to errors, unavailability, or force majeure.
  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed through Payrexx, and we accept the following methods:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • TWINT
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay/ Samsung Pay
  • Bank transfer (if enabled)
  • Invoice (QR Code)
  • Klarna
  1. Shipping and Delivery

Lamari Shop Inh Piccinno offers free delivery to the curbside within Switzerland and Liechtenstein(internationally only on request).

   For deliveries into home, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be delivered (e.g. fits into staircases, lifts, doors etc.) into home taking into account the dimensions of the ordered products. In case, a product cannot be delivered into the home due to such a reason, the customer is not eligible for a refund on the additional delivery price and is responsible to cover the return fee.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 weeks
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; we will notify the customer accordingly.

Lamari is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  1. Cancellations and Order Changes

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled if it has already entered production or has been shipped.
If you wish to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lamariwoods.ch

  1. Returns and Refunds

Lamari Shop Inh Piccinno does not accept returns, except in cases where the product arrives damaged during shipping and this is reported within 48 hours of delivery. If applicable, a reparation service will be suggested.

The item must be unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows holes or markings from screws or any signs of assembly.

All return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

 

  1. Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use or handling
  • Damage caused by moisture or impact
  • Alterations or modifications to the original product
  1. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Lamari Shop Inh Piccinno. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the canton of Zurich, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Render & Product Variation Notice

Some images displayed on this website may include 3D renders created to visually represent the design, proportions, and overall aesthetic of our tables. While we strive for accuracy, natural variations may occur between rendered visuals and the final handcrafted piece including differences in wood grain, color tone, shape, and artisanal details.
